Development History
1997
Shanghai Dexin Industrial Co., Ltd. was established with a team of approximately 10 employees, focusing on basic mechanical and electrical equipment.
2001
Daesum Science Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, marking the formation of specialized engineering design and manufacturing teams.
2003
The company completed its first retrofit of imported automatic filling equipment, initiating the strategic development of its proprietary product portfolio.
2005
Daesum manufactured its first explosion-proof filling system. The system pioneered the use of advanced roller-conveyor weighing technology, surpassing traditional lifting-type structures. This marked the company’s entry into specialized filling solutions for the chemical industry.
2006
The company engineered its first liquid batching system and successfully exported it to Dubai, UAE.
2010
The first dry mortar production line was delivered, achieving an annual capacity of 240,000 tons.
2011
Daesum independently developed the first 200L automatic bung-alignment filling system, compatible with multiple drum sizes ranging from 60L to 200L. The company launched its first 25L dual-lane filling line, increasing production efficiency by 15-25% compared to traditional linear systems.
2012
Three asphalt filling lines were exported to Pakistan, successfully overcoming technical barriers in handling high-temperature and high-viscosity materials.
2015
The company completed its first overseas dry mortar production line project. The project involved the logistics of over 30 containers and on-site installation over a three-month period. Daesum delivered multiple high-temperature adhesive filling systems and developed a specialized filling nozzle designed for extreme operating conditions.
2018
The company pioneered a 200L fully automatic filling system, representing one of the earliest domestic innovations to integrate automatic decapping, filling, and capping for hazardous chemical environments. Daesum developed a vision-guided automatic decapping and filling system for IBCs and palletized drums, enabling a single unit to handle diverse material types.
2019
An automated empty drum warehouse was developed, specifically optimized for automation upgrades within existing factory facilities.
2023
Equipment was exported to Mexico, extending the company’s global footprint across five continents.
2024
Daesum implemented a new generation of automation upgrades, incorporating features such as multi-head automatic lance replacement, synchronized tracking-type filling and capping, and integrated empty/full container warehousing systems.
