Dry Mortar Production Line
The dry mortar production line is a fully integrated system centered on the high-efficiency mixer, encompassing material feeding, weighing, batching, mixing, and packaging modules.
Raw materials typically consist of powders, sand aggregates, and various additives. The dry mortar production line supports multiple feeding methods, including pneumatic conveying from bulk tankers, jumbo bag discharging, and 25kg bag manual feeding.
Utilizing an advanced control system, operators can manage and recall specific production recipes via the interface. The system ensures that materials are automatically batched from their respective silos in precise sequences and proportions, achieving a seamless, fully automated workflow from mixing to packaging.
To ensure an eco-friendly operation, the dry mortar production line is equipped with a comprehensive dust extraction system that minimizes emissions within the mixing tower. Furthermore, each silo features an independent dust collector to prevent material waste by recycling captured particles back into the silo, significantly improving resource efficiency.

The dry mortar production line can be configured in two structural types:
- Vertical
Suitable for sites with fewer height restrictions and higher land availability. The structure can reach heights exceeding 30 meters and requires reinforced concrete foundations with high load-bearing capacity. - Horizontal
Commonly used when the plant building has already been constructed. Suitable for sites with limited height but sufficient floor area. This configuration typically incorporates secondary pneumatic conveying systems for material transfer.
