Capping Machine & Lid Press
The capping machine and lid press can be configured in different formats according to container type and production capacity requirements. Available configurations include:
- Capping machine for small-neck containers
- Tracking capping machine for small-neck containers
- Lid press for open-top pails
The main machine frame is constructed from S304 stainless steel.
For small-neck containers, torque-controlled capping ensures precise and consistent tightening. After capping, an optional cap inspection system can detect tilted caps, raised caps, or loose caps, triggering alarms and automatic rejection when necessary.
Production data can be uploaded to a DCS system. For hazardous production environments, explosion-proof configurations are available. The system supports continuous in-line cap feeding and sealing, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
