Palletizer
The Cartesian palletizer performs positioning through X-axis and Y-axis linear movement, with Z-axis vertical lowering for container placement. It is suitable for both standard and explosion-proof production environments.
This type of palletizer is ideal for containers with similar shapes and dimensions and can be manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel according to application requirements.
Mechanical palletizers are typically divided into two standard categories: 25L container palletizer, 200L drum palletizer. Depending on production capacity requirements, different gripper types and quantities can be configured.

Whether using a Cartesian palletizer or a robotic palletizer, and whether handling 25L containers or 200L drums, the palletizer can be equipped with an automatic pallet magazine.
The pallet magazine can store 10-15 pallets and automatically supply pallets to the line, significantly improving overall production line automation.
