The semi-automatic jerrycan filling machine is engineered to facilitate a streamlined workflow involving manual container loading, decapping, manual container positioning, automatic quantitative filling, and manual discharge.
To ensure operational precision, the semi-automatic jerrycan filling machine is equipped with a mechanical positioning limiter. The operator simply places the container at the filling station and achieves precise alignment by shifting it laterally. Upon completion of the filling cycle, the semi-automatic jerrycan filling machine allows the filled container to be easily moved onto the right-side free roller conveyor for capping and subsequent processing.
