The drum filling line is designed to achieve a fully automated production process, including empty drum storage, automatic drum discharge, automatic empty drum labeling, automatic alignment and cap loosening, automatic quantitative filling, automatic alignment and capping, automatic outer lid pressing, automatic pallet discharge, automatic palletizing, automatic stretch wrapping or hooding, automatic strapping, and finished pallet conveying out of the production workshop.

  • The drum filling line integrates world-class electrical components to ensure reliability, featuring Siemens PLC and HMI systems, Schneider low-voltage switchgear, Omron or Sick photoelectric sensors, and Pepperl+Fuchs (P+F) proximity switches.
  • Multiple safety measures are integrated throughout the drum filling line, including emergency stop buttons, safety switches, interlocking systems, and safety fencing to ensure operation within designated safe zones.
