Pail Filling Line

The pail filling line is designed to achieve a fully automated production process, including stacked empty pail loading, automatic pail separation, automatic quantitative filling, automatic lid placement, automatic lid pressing, automatic labeling, automatic stacking, automatic pallet discharge, automatic stretch wrapping or hooding, automatic strapping, and finished pallet conveying out of the production workshop.

  • The pail filling line can accommodate pails of different heights and sizes. Format changeover is achieved by selecting the corresponding recipe via the touch screen and making minor adjustments at specific stations.
  • The pail filling line integrates world-class electrical components to ensure reliability, featuring Siemens PLC and HMI systems, Schneider low-voltage switchgear, Omron or Sick photoelectric sensors, and Pepperl+Fuchs (P+F) proximity switches.
  • Multiple safety measures are integrated throughout the system, including emergency stop buttons, safety switches, safety light curtains, interlocking systems, and safety fencing to ensure operation within designated safe zones.
