Jerrycan Filling Line
The jerrycan filling line is designed to achieve a fully automated production process, including grouped jerrycan infeed, automatic quantitative filling, capping, servo tracking capping, labeling, weighing, case packing, palletizing, pallet discharge, stretch wrapping or hooding, strapping, and finished pallet conveying out of the production area.

- The jerrycan filling line can accommodate jerrycans of different heights and sizes. Recipe selection through the touch screen allows quick format changeover with minor adjustments at specific stations.
- The jerrycan filling line integrates world-class electrical components to ensure reliability, featuring Siemens PLC and HMI systems, Schneider low-voltage switchgear, Omron or Sick photoelectric sensors, and Pepperl+Fuchs (P+F) proximity switches.
- Multiple safety measures are integrated throughout the line, including emergency stop buttons, safety switches, safety light curtains, and interlocking systems. Safety fencing surrounds the equipment to ensure operation within designated safe zones.
