The automatic bottle powder filling machine is designed for high-precision filling of powder and granular materials into bottles with capacities ranging from 300ml to 1L. The automatic bottle filling machine uses mechanical positioning to achieve automatic alignment and can accommodate different container specifications according to bottle type.
The powder filling machine adopts a vibrating hopper feeding method. After weighing, the material is discharged directly into the container under weight-controlled dosing. It can adapt to various bottle shapes and can be configured according to product properties with explosion-proof motors, gas collection hoods, ventilation and exhaust systems, plastic modular belt conveyor, inkjet printers, labeling machines, case packers, pallet magazines, and palletizers.
