This automatic drum filling machine enables a complete automated production process, including manual drum loading, automatic drum conveying, automatic alignment and decapping, automatic quantitative filling, automatic capping, automatic capping inspection, and automatic discharge of filled drums.
The filling machine integrates electromechanical alignment with vision-guided positioning technology. When an empty drum reaches the cap loosening station, the drum is automatically rotated and aligned to complete the cap loosening process. Once filled, the drum proceeds to the capping station, where a vision correction system ensures precise cap tightening before discharge.
Due to its high level of automation, this drum filling machine is typically integrated with auxiliary systems such as automatic cap sorting, outer cap placement, labeling, palletising, and wrapping. The infeed and outfeed roller conveyors are designed with extended length, requiring a larger footprint. Optional configurations include explosion-proof motors, vapor extraction systems, cap sorting machines, inkjet printers, labeling machines, palletisers, and wrapping machines.
