This automatic drum filling machine features a complete process that includes manual loading, automated conveying, precision quantitative filling, and drum outfeed.
Featuring photoelectric alignment technology, the filling lance moves to locate the bunghole while the drum remains positioned, ensuring high adaptability to various drum sizes via its variable movement radius. As the movement radius of the lance is adjustable, the system is compatible with a wide range of drum types.
The infeed and outfeed conveyors are powered roller conveyors with optimized length for efficient handling. Custom options include explosion-proof motors, vapor extraction systems, and manual capping or crimping tools.
